This is a 75 sq m house, perfect for seaside views, and available for a minimum of five days stay from May 01 to October 31. Downstairs, it offers an open living-dining space, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a twin bedroom with optional king bed arrangement, overlooking the pool and sea.
Upstairs, the house has a double bedroom with its own bathroom, and a 25 sq ft private terrace perfect for enjoying breakfast or sunset cocktails. Both bedrooms come with air conditioning, wardrobes, boudoirs, and necessary linens.
ELIA
The described house is a 75 sq m sea-view villa with two bedrooms, available from May 01 to October 31 for a minimum stay of five days. Downstairs includes an open plan living-dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a twin or double bedroom with a pool and sea view.
Upstairs houses the second bedroom, featuring a double bed, private bathroom, and a 25 sq ft terrace ideal for breakfasts or sunset cocktails.
