AMENITIES
The house has 75 sq m dimension. Downstairs there is an open plan living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Next to these you can find one of the two bedrooms with two single beds (that can be joined in one under request) , a wardrobe, a boudoir, a/c and a window insert protection.
The room overlooks the pool and the sea. Going upstairs you can find the second bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, boudoir, a/c, mosquito net, its own bathroom and most importantly a 25 sq ft private terrace where the visitor can enjoy his/her breakfast or even a refreshing cocktail at sunset.
In each room there are fresh bed linen, clean face and body towels as well as curtains able to shade the room. In addition, each house has its own private garden with a dining table and a private pool. The minimum period that our guests can be accommodated is 5 days. The villas are available from 15 of April until 30 of October.

On the beach there is Ben's bar and Bastas tavern which provides a children's pool and a pool for adults. Also on the beach there are sunbeds, free stand up paddles. The distance from Lakka is 2km and from Loggos is 3km.
The heart of Monodendri is adorned with quaint stone houses, adorned with colorful flowers, and narrow cobbled streets that invite leisurely strolls. The warm hospitality of the locals adds to the inviting atmosphere, making visitors feel like part of the community.
Nature lovers will revel in the hiking opportunities that abound, with trails leading to secluded beaches and secluded viewpoints. Monodendri's proximity to the Tripitos Arch, a natural rock formation rising from the sea, makes it a favorite spot for photographers and explorers alike.
